How It Works

The same data employers use — finally accessible

HR departments use BLS data to set salary ranges. This site gives you access to the same numbers.

1
We source from BLS
Every number on this site comes from the Bureau of Labor Statistics OEWS program, released each May. We don't estimate or interpolate — we publish what BLS publishes.
2
We make it readable
BLS data is accurate but hard to use — thousands of spreadsheets buried in a government website. We pull what matters for each profession and present it in one place.
3
You use it to negotiate
Once you know your actual percentile for your market, salary conversations get a lot easier. You're not guessing — you have the numbers.
